IMPROVED FIBER ACCESS ENHANCES MOSCOW ONE DATA CENTRE OPERATIONS
BSO, the global Ethernet network, cloud and hosting provider, has partnered with IXcellerate, Russia’s premier carrier-neutral data center operator, to improve fiber access into and out of Moscow, home to Russia’s (MOEX) Exchange.
From IXcellerate’s Moscow One Datacentre, BSO offers four entirely diverse and non-overlapping fibre paths out of the building into global markets across the world, including London, Stockholm, Frankfurt and Shanghai.
Additionally, the data center provides access to BSO’s advanced global backbone across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
BSO’s latencies in/out of IXcellerate include:
London (Equinix LD4) – 37.5ms*
Frankfurt (Equinix FR2 and FR5) – 35ms* (currently being optimized to sub 33ms)
"We are seeing increased demand for our services in and out of Russia,” says Michael Ourabah, CEO at BSO. “We’re thrilled to be able to offer our customers fully redundant, diverse access to IXcellerate’s Moscow One Datacentre across Europe and beyond.”
BSO’s ultra low latency network connects 27 exchanges globally and has been engineered for the finance community and emerging markets.
“The partnership between BSO and IXcellerate will benefit our clients that require leading connectivity between global marketplaces,” comments Guy Willner, CEO of IXcellerate. “Financial institutions will gain BSO’s expertise and highly optimized low latency network.”
