Your Role
As part of our growth, we are looking for a very experienced developer in charge of providing strong support to our development department. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining our internal tools in designing, coding, reviewing and improving applications. Within a team of 5 you will :
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices - Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Create and maintain software tests.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Review teammates' code.
- Be responsible for maintaining, deploying and scaling our tools
- Make sure that all tools and interfaces are functional and secure
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Your Skills & Qualities
- 5 years of experience as a backend developer
- Able to speak fluent English.
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Python programming language, web technologies and/or system/network applications.
- Experienced with databases such as PostgreSQL or InfluxDB.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and skills.
- Constant communication with colleagues
- A knowledge of Celery tasks, GitLab pipelines, Ansible, grafana, SSH, SNMP, modbus and Debian GNU/Linux system administration are a plus.
