Our connectivity models_
Oracle FastConnect partner
As an Oracle FastConnect partner we are required to establish dual-handoffs in each region we launch in. From these Oracle onramps we offer a single VLAN design, or scale our service up to a fully diverse solution with complete hardware, path and cloud region redundancy.
BSO can offer sub-rate connection speeds for customers looking to connect at 50Mbps to 10Gbps. Oracle handoff will still be at 1Gbps or 10Gbps, however the connection speed across the BSO backbone can be different.
Built for speed_
Oracle's has designed its FastConnect product to function at the following speeds:
Currently supported regions_
London (UK South)
Additional on-net regions_
Although we are yet to interconnect with IBM in these regions, our presence in the same data centre makes deployment quick and easy.
Our Cloud Connect pricing model is identical across all cloud service providers. We charge based on the speed of the connection(s) and the distance from your location to each respective cloud onramp.
In addition to BSO’s fees, Oracle’s own costs to consider.
Based on a 1Gbps or 10Gbps connection and charged on an hourly rate. FastConnect customers do not have an additional cost for their outbound data transfer
BSO is an official Oracle technology partner_
Through years of working alongside Oracle, we have achieved and maintained our Advanced Technology Partner status. This is a testament to our commitment towards supporting customers with their Oracle FastConnect needs.
