Account Director



As part of our growth strategy we are looking for a Business Development and Account Manager to join our remote sales team across the Americas. You will be dedicated in promoting our Network, Cloud & Managed Services solutions in the Technology and Financial Sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities or expand our services to our current customers

  • Develop and close new business deals

  • Bring innovation and ideas to gain interest from your targeted new business prospects

  • Manage complex deal cycles including submission inputs and reviews of technical inputs

  • Be owners of bid management process and co-ordination of internal functions to complete customer facing proposals

  • Manage revenues streams between new services and revenue protection with renewals and extension of current services within our existing client base.

  • Maintain and update sales database accurately to ensure continuity of delivery and monitor tracking of sales processing.

  • A flexible commercial person who is able to absorb the benefits of the BSO proposition and articulate this to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10 years of sales experience selling technology with a focus on the Financial Sector

  • Eloquent and with excellent written and interpersonal skills

  • Sales trained professionally – complete understanding of sales cycle

  • Detail oriented, Dependable and   Logical approach to business

  • Problem solving skills with the ability to build and manage strategic client relationships.

  • Proven track record of achieving and over achieving sales targets.

  • Energetic and ambitious individual with can-do/ will learn attitude.

  • You must be dynamic, flexible and self-starter

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build a substantial client base.

  • Experienced at operating at C-level within prospects in the USA and Globally

  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines and business forecast expectations

  • Professional manner with strong communication skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels of an organization, must build and maintain credibility with senior executives
