Role
As part of our growth strategy we are looking for a Business Development and Account Manager to join our remote sales team across the Americas. You will be dedicated in promoting our Network, Cloud & Managed Services solutions in the Technology and Financial Sector.

Identify new business opportunities or expand our services to our current customers

Develop and close new business deals

Bring innovation and ideas to gain interest from your targeted new business prospects

Manage complex deal cycles including submission inputs and reviews of technical inputs

Be owners of bid management process and co-ordination of internal functions to complete customer facing proposals

Manage revenues streams between new services and revenue protection with renewals and extension of current services within our existing client base.

Maintain and update sales database accurately to ensure continuity of delivery and monitor tracking of sales processing.

A flexible commercial person who is able to absorb the benefits of the BSO proposition and articulate this to clients.
Skills & Qualifications

10 years of sales experience selling technology with a focus on the Financial Sector

Eloquent and with excellent written and interpersonal skills

Sales trained professionally – complete understanding of sales cycle

Detail oriented, Dependable and Logical approach to business

Problem solving skills with the ability to build and manage strategic client relationships.

Proven track record of achieving and over achieving sales targets.

Energetic and ambitious individual with can-do/ will learn attitude.

You must be dynamic, flexible and self-starter

Entrepreneurial mindset to build a substantial client base.

Experienced at operating at C-level within prospects in the USA and Globally

Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines and business forecast expectations

Professional manner with strong communication skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels of an organization, must build and maintain credibility with senior executives
