Legal Assistant



As part of our growth we are looking for a Legal Assistant in charge of providing a strong support to our legal team. 

  • Provide administrative and research support to the legal department
  • Research legal issues and supporting law by using online and offline resources
  • Summarize documents
  • Compile and analyze data
  • Draft documents including letters, and templates
  • Review documents and contracts
  • Serves as communication liaison between the legal team and other departments in the company
  • Organizing, implementing and maintaining the legal app database of the company.
  • Identifying and escalating concerns (and solutions) to our Chief Legal Officer and others (e.g., Compliance) as appropriate.
  • Handle other issues and administrative tasks, non-exhaustive list.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in the legal department of a company or at a law firm
  • Legal & administrative background (Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as paralegal studies, legal studies, or business law; paralegal certification a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of legal terminology and legal writing
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
