Role
As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Odoo Lead Developer capable of leading, managing, and developing the skills of a team of Python/Odoo developers. The team currently consists of 5 developers and is expected to grow
Leadership & Management

Supervise, organize, and lead a team of Odoo developers.

Provide technical and functional coaching to developers.

Support the team's skill development through code reviews, best practices and mentoring.

Participate in technical recruitment by evaluating profiles.

Ensure a positive team climate and fluid communication.
Technical Steering
- Act as the technical Odoo reference within the team.
- Define the technical architecture for Odoo projects.
- Validate technical choices and ensure code quality.
- Implement and enforce development best practices.
- Perform regular code reviews.
Odoo Development & Expertise
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules.
- Work on complex projects involving both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
- Optimize the performance and stability of solutions.
- Ensure integration with third-party systems via APIs and web services.
- Participate in functional analysis and design phases.
Project Coordination & Relations
- Collaborate with project managers and clients.
- Estimate workloads and plan developments.
- Monitor project progress and respect deadlines.
- Proactively suggest functional and technical improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent mastery of Odoo (versions v12 to v17 or equivalent).
- Strong mastery of Python.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML/QWeb, Odoo API, and Git.
- Experience with complex and structural Odoo projects.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with Odoo.
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Tech Lead Odoo.
- Proven experience in managing a technical team.
- Ability to unite and motivate a team.
- Good communication.
- Ability to manage priorities and conflicts.
