Quality Management: BSO obtains ISO 9001:2015 certification

What is the purpose of the ISO 9001:2015 standard?

ISO 9001:2015 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps companies and organisations to become more efficient and increase customer satisfaction

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving the quality of our products and services and providing our customers with ever more effective solutions, marking our commitment to putting our customers first by constantly ensuring we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

ISO 9001:2015 and BSO

Following a strict audit of all our processes, obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification was a team project in which all our employees and managers were involved and devoted. This project supports our continuous improvement approach in the service of our main objective: customer satisfaction.

The scope of the certification covers all BSO business units and offices worldwide for all our products and services: network connectivity, hosting, managed services, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and all associated services.

This new certification reflects our quality policy and our obsession with customer satisfaction, which is at the heart of all processes at BSO. Our teams work daily to guarantee excellent services and products to our clients. The fact that BSO delivers mostly bespoke services, adapted to each need, each specificity, of our customers also reflects this.
