Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities in the financial services market. You will hunt for new clients, build strong relationships at senior levels, and consistently meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets. This is not an account management role. We are looking for a dedicated hunter who thrives on prospecting, cold outreach, and winning new deals.
Experience & Qualifications:

5–8 years of successful sales experience in Financial Services (capital markets, banking, asset management, or related B2B solutions)

Proven track record as a hunter – consistently acquiring new clients and closing deals

Currently based in New York/London/Paris/Asia with an active network and existing pipeline in the financial services/Enterprise sector

Deep understanding of the financial ecosystem and the ability to sell complex solutions

Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to engage C-level and senior decision-makers
