To meet our organizational growth curve we are looking for a temporary recruiter to to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
- Create job ads on sites that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills
- Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
